1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the website followeron.com and its free tools, operated by the company named in the Imprint (“we”). Separate terms apply to paid services and are provided with the respective offer.
2. Free tools
The calculators, generators and planners are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. Results are estimates derived from public benchmarks and the numbers you enter; they are not financial, legal or professional advice and carry no guarantee of accuracy or of any outcome on a social media platform. You use the results at your own risk.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to violate the terms of any social media platform, to harass others, to scrape or overload our servers, or to reverse-engineer or resell the tools. Automated access beyond normal browsing requires our written permission.
4. Intellectual property
The site, its design, texts and code are protected by copyright. Text you generate with a tool (for example styled captions) is yours. Platform names and logos belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, X, LinkedIn or Pinterest.
5. Advertising and partner links
The site is financed by advertising and by partner links. When you buy through a partner link we may receive a commission; this does not influence our benchmarks or recommendations, and such links are marked.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Free tools are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
German law applies. For consumers, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
