Influencer Rate Calculator
Find out what to charge brands for a sponsored Instagram post, Reel, Story, TikTok or YouTube integration — based on followers, engagement, niche, audience country, usage rights and exclusivity.
Rates are market ranges from 2025–2026 creator and agency surveys. Your negotiating position depends on the brief, the brand's budget and how well your audience matches their customer.

The most common mistake creators make is quoting a single number pulled from thin air. Brands price on four things: audience size, how engaged that audience is, who they are (niche and country) and what they get to do with the content (rights and exclusivity). This calculator turns those into a defensible range you can put in a media kit — and shows the multipliers so you can explain your price.
How this calculator works
Instagram and TikTok: base = followers ÷ 1,000 × a per-1K rate that falls with size ($12–30 for nano accounts down to $5–10 for mega accounts). The base is scaled by your engagement rate against the tier average (0.6× to 1.8×), by niche demand (finance and beauty above 1, comedy and music below), by the audience-country factor, then by the deliverable (Reel 1.5×, Story 0.4×, bundle 2.6×…).
YouTube: priced on expected views, not subscribers — average views ÷ 1,000 × a $20–45 CPM for a 60-second integration, then the deliverable multiplier (dedicated video 2.5×, Short 0.35×).
Rights and exclusivity are added on top: paid usage +30% (3 months) to +150% (perpetual); exclusivity +15% (1 month) to +80% (6 months). Agencies typically add 15–20% on top of creator rates.
Frequently asked questions
How much should I charge per 1,000 Instagram followers?
The 2026 rule of thumb is $10–$25 per 1,000 followers for a feed post from a nano or micro account with average engagement, more for Reels and for high-engagement or premium-niche accounts, less per follower as accounts get larger.
How much do TikTok creators charge per video?
Nano creators (1–10K) typically $25–$150, micro (10–100K) $150–$1,200, mid-tier (100–500K) $1,200–$4,000, macro $4,000–$8,000 and mega accounts $8,000+ per video, before rights and exclusivity.
How are YouTube sponsorships priced?
On views, not subscribers: a 60-second integration usually costs the brand $20–$45 per 1,000 expected views, and a dedicated video 2–3 times that. Finance, software and B2B audiences command the top of the range.
What are usage rights and why should I charge for them?
Usage rights let the brand reuse your content in its own ads and channels. That replaces content they would otherwise pay a studio for, so it is priced separately — typically +30% for three months of paid usage and much more for perpetual rights.
Should I accept free products instead of payment?
Only if the product's value clearly exceeds your rate and you would have bought it anyway. Gifting is fine for building a portfolio; once you have engagement numbers, quote money and treat product as a bonus.
